Warranty Information
At Miller’s Furniture, every piece is built with intention, craftsmanship, and the expectation that it will become part of your home for years to come. Our warranty reflects the pride we take in our work and our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.
Handcrafted Wood Furniture
Our handcrafted wood furniture represents the heart of what we do. Each piece is backed by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in craftsmanship or workmanship. If a defect is identified within this period, we will review the concern carefully and, at our discretion, repair or replace the item so that it meets the standards of quality you expect from Miller’s Furniture. To assist in evaluating a warranty claim, we may request photographs that clearly show the concern.
Outdoor Heirloom Collection
Our outdoor collection is supported by a limited lifetime residential warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. These pieces are designed to withstand the seasons while maintaining their strength, function, and appearance over time.
Warranty Coverage Guidelines
Our warranty is intended to reflect the natural integrity of handcrafted furniture under normal residential use. It does not extend to:
- The natural wear, softening, or aging that occurs with time and regular use
- Commercial, rental, or non-residential applications
- Misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Improper assembly or installation
- Neglect or failure to follow recommended care and maintenance practices

Return Information
Because each piece is selected or crafted with intention, returns are handled with care and consideration.
Floor sale items may be eligible for return or exchange within a limited time following delivery when approved in advance. Items must be returned in original condition and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom-built or made-to-order furniture is NOT eligible for return, as it is created specifically for your home.
If something does not meet your expectations upon delivery, we encourage you to reach out promptly so we can work with you toward a fair and thoughtful resolution.
